BİLSA Vehicle inspection Systems are used to carry out professional checks and inspections on second-hand vehicles before being repurchased. Measurements are carried out on Brakes, Shock Absorbers, Side Slip, Dynamometer (Engine Performance Measurement), Paint Thickness, Noise Level, Troubleshooting etc. and, a Scissor Lift may be added to check the bottom of a vehicle. BİLSA Vehicle inspection Systems are suitable for both ground buried mechanisms and surface assembled (ramp system) mechanisms. BİLSA Vehicle inspection Systems offer different options for both two wheel drive vehicles and four wheel drive vehicles.
Manufacturing of Vehicle Inspection Systems
Bilsa manufactures in compliance with , ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Conditions with ISO 3834-1:2007 Certificate of Conformity for Welded Production and CE certification. Reducers that are used in our testers are with a conformity certificate for imported goods, engines are in compliance with the tester type, and steel used for the production of the drums are with an EN 10204-2004/3 manufacturer’s certification.
The shaft thickness and material quality are of great importance for the drums of the Brake Testers. The strength calculations for the shafts that are used for our devices are carefully carried out according to the Axle capacity of the devices.
Bilsa Chassis Dynamometer drums are of 1100 kg in weight.
There is a “Pneumatic Roll Lifting System” that facilitates the process when the vehicle exits the roll mechanism.
